How do I order a digital photo frame?
We only accept orders through our website. Click the "add to cart" button on the digital photo frame you want, and go through the order process on the Paypal website to place an order.
How do you ship my digital photo frame?
We only ship by courier. This means someone will need to be present to sign for the package, so if you won't be home during the day, have your digital photo frame shipped to your work address.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept Paypal at this point in time. Paypal allows you to pay by credit card, without having a Paypal account. Using Paypal allows us to easily keep your sensitive payment details secure.
What is your privacy policy?
We use your details to process payment and send your digital photo frame to your address. We do not use your details for anything else. If you sign up for our mailing list, you will receive special discounts and offers by email, but you will not receive these by default when you purchase a photo frame from us.
What is your return policy?
If your digital photo frame is not working when you receive it, please notify us as soon as possible. Contact MUST be made within 3 days to get an immediate replacement, otherwise repairs are handled through the manufacturers warranty. You are liable for all freight charges.
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
